Patrick started with Merkara Homes in 2021 as a 1st year apprentice carpenter and completed all his apprenticeship college by March 2025. Patrick comes from a trade family back ground and from that family background came to us with the tradies way of thinking already established. Patrick’s been a keen learner of the many facets of construction, learnt a lot since starting with the company and is now ready to become a tradesman and has been gradually stepping up in overseeing work on job sites. In 2024 Patrick took out Qld Master Builder’s Sunshine Coast Apprentice of the Year to his credit, a credit to the training and range of work at Merkara Homes.
